【1. お支払いについて】
初回のお取引：出演料の50%を事前にお振込み。残り50%は開催後、月末締め翌月末払い。出演決定後に内容や条件が変更となる場合、追加料金が発生することがあります。
【2. 日程・スケジュール調整について】
他の予定により、ご希望日程に添えない場合があります。リハーサルや音響チェックが必要な場合は必ずお知らせください。日程は確定順に確保いたします。
【3. 出演内容について】
対応可能：歌唱、トーク、ゲスト出演など。対応不可：過度な演技・台詞、イメージを損なう内容、政治的・宗教的要素を含むもの。
【4. 会場、技術、交通・宿泊手配の要件について】
会場情報（名称、住所、設備）を正確にご記入ください。音響機材とオペレーターの手配が必要です。PA設備がない場合は事前にご相談ください。必要な場合は交通、宿泊のご手配をお願いいたします（費用は出演費とは別途）。
【5. 撮影・録音・SNS投稿に関する注意】
写真・動画撮影、SNS投稿は事前承認が必要です。無断での使用はお断りいたします。
【6. キャンセル料について】
出演確定後のキャンセル：30日以上前 50%／20〜29日前 75%／19日前〜当日 100%。雨天や主催者都合でもキャンセル料は発生します。自然災害でも移動可能な場合は通常料金が適用されます。延期の場合は新たな契約が必要です。
【7. ご返信について】
フォーム送信後、3〜5営業日以内にご連絡いたします。

1. Payment
First engagements: 50% of the fee in advance; the remaining 50% after the event (month-end close, paid the following month-end). Changes after confirmation may incur additional fees.
2. Scheduling
Requested dates may be unavailable. Please tell us in advance if rehearsal or a sound check is required. Dates are secured in order of confirmation.
3. Scope of appearance
Available: singing, talk, guest appearances. Not available: extensive acting/scripted roles, content harmful to the artist's image, or political/religious material.
4. Venue, technical, travel & lodging
Provide accurate venue details (name, address, equipment). Sound equipment and an operator must be arranged; consult us in advance if the venue has no PA. Travel and lodging, where needed, are arranged and billed separately from the performance fee.
5. Photography, recording & social media
Photos, video, and social media posts require prior approval. Unauthorized use is not permitted.
6. Cancellation
After confirmation: 30+ days before, 50% / 20–29 days, 75% / 19 days to day-of, 100%. Cancellation fees apply even for weather or organizer circumstances; ordinary fees apply if travel remains possible during natural disasters. Postponement requires a new agreement.
